I've gonna be spoiled by this extra long weekend... but hey its ok by me. I'm sure plenty others too.

I think its now officaly time to get your christmas shop on. I can't seem to figure out what to ask for and people have been askin what I want. I usualy don't have too much of a problem shoping for people its just matter of doing it and taking the time to do it.

I want to be back down in Grants Pass. I always have a pretty good time with my cousins and meet at least one new person that i never hear from or see again but thats cool. I wish I could meet people up here as easily as I do down there. A much friendlier place down there I tell you.

Ate tons of food saw a bunch of family i haven't seen in a while. Stayed with my cousins Jeff and David in there little dump of a rental home that is haunted. All and all a good damn time... Now what to do with the rest of my weekend.

Well its thanks giving. Turkey and plate after plate of good food is coming in prolly less than 6 hours but 1st we must trek 3 hours to southern Oregon to Grants Pass. I'm ok with this, maybe i will grab a dvd or 2 and my headphones, maybe i will just code, maybe i will sleep, maybe i will do none of the above. at least i have options right...

I slept kinda funny last night. oh well. 4 day weekend... woo hooo..

So tommrow morning i will be departing for Grants Pass around this time, 7-7:30am. At least I can sleep on the way down or something to do or read. Even when I do take things along to do I usualy end up staring out the windows and taking in the scenery and thinking about stuff...

This php stuff is pretty sweet. If i manage to trick my brain into programing modes again and really lean this stuff it could make for some cool new pages and features... well i think so..

4:00pm: My laptop is in little bitty bitty bits. Its amazing how something so simple can cause such headaches.. The power connector on my laptop is bad. It is just 2 contacts that must be made with 2 other contacts on the power cord. Very very simple but very hard to get to as the power connector is deep within the dark innards of my laptop. Chris is on his way over to maybe work some solder magic and im praying that when all is said and done it will at least turn on, and have problem resolved....

10:01pm: My laptop is happy again. Working and the power connector is acting fixed. so im happy about that. I still have to pack for tomorrow but hey thats ok i pack light and fast... im trilled that my laptop is happy again and the power isnt flaking out on me anymore...

So I think I'm starting to PHP which means you may be seeing changes around here. Then again you may not notice the changes as well its not really too much front end stuff unless i decide to make it be. It would be more page generation using the database. This would make it so we dont have to have moveable type rebuild pages every damn time. we just save em and it will load em from the DB... But this is still a ways off as I still have much learning and playing to do.

So I'm goin to the lovely town of Grants Pass for thanks giving to see my Dad's side of the family. That should be fun... And means i need to get friday off which means 3 day work week... YAY!

I've also found a software problem with the Samsung S105 involving the wakeup call alarm feature. It has the option of Monday-Friday or Monday to Saturday.. Well the monday-friday also alarms on saturday. I put the Monday-Saturday one on just to see what happens. It went off on sunday and monday, but not today, Tuesday. And we have yet to see what it does later in the week but the time and date are set right on the phone its just the wakeup call alarm sucks...

I get to work only to realize/remember there are no classes today. So pretty much not a whole ton for me to do. Tomorrow and Wednesday there are a couple things goin on but nothin at all like the hell that was last week.

The weekend wasn't terribly exciting. But thats ok. I got to see the Bond movie twice. the 2nd time for free complitemnts of and with my theater working friend Kim. Who will also be seeing Paul Oakenfold with Chris and I on the 15th of December.

I thought it felt like winter a couple weeks ago. But now its really feeling like winter everything was frosted over in a dull white coat of well frost. Hopefuly the winter wont be too extreame.

4:52pm: Ug still gotta go back to work for 2 hours... no fun. i really need to find stuff to do while there.

Yet another slow quite weekend. no matter. Sometime in December we (Chris, Me, and anyone else who can or wants to go that we know and like... ) will be going to a cabin up by Detroit lake for a couple a nights and it may be the same weekend as the concert so we will be getting back cleaning up and leaving again so it should be a good time...

So um ya. I got back from the movie about 15-20 min a go. Loved it. I wasnt soo thrilled with a couple details but hey thats ok. They subtle refrences/revamps on/to old stuff was fun, (Halley Barrys Swim suit). The Field guide to birds... Points to why the Field Guide Birds book is funny... And anyone who know what EON in EON productions stands for. EON productions was started by the late Ian Flemming who we can thank for the last 40 wonderful years of Bond goodness... If you look them up you have cheated. but if you have cheated thats ok cause you prolly learned something too....

10:16am: As much as I hate the company that makes the Xbox which is really nothing more than a specialized computer that can be modded and run linux or with out modding make it into a decent Media station. I find my self starting to want one.... But i hardly play games its more the flexibility of it that i think is cool... but i still want an iBook more... which is even more flexible and portable to boot.

Late post i know. I still dont have much to say I was gonna post after the movie but I will a) not get home by post time or b) forget to do it c) not want to do it etc... so um. hi?

I mentioned the Paul Oakenfold concert to Chris. He wants to go. I also told Kim and it seems she wants to go as well even though she hasn't heard of him but thats ok cause she likes electonica too so it should all be good and fun etc.. And i got the 16th off work cause the 15th is a sunday so no worrys about a) sleeping though work b) being zombie Ben at work. c) about work.

Slept weird lastnight. Woke up with a headache and didn't sleep so great even without my nap... oh well... Hopefuly my ATM card shows up today if not I will raise hell with the bank.. well at least call and be sure they are sending a new damned card..

Looks like Thanks Giving will be in Grants Pass again this year for me. Which should be cool/fun havent seen much family from down there in a bunch of months...

There is only 1 day (not counting today) standing between me and the new James Bond flick Die Another Day. Which has had the most front time on various things on the Internet Movie DataBase. I will take this as a good sign.

So I was hanging out with Chris the other day (go figure) and he mentioned something about my site and it being strange or something like that and it had been a long time since he had seen it and that he hadnt known of the intricies of it didnt know Kala had a page here nor that I did this.

Just over a month until Christmas. I have to think of what to get who and what to tell my parents to get me as my mom started buggin me earlier this month to get her a list together. But I can't think of much to ask for... The things I want are a bit out of price ranges for christmas gifts things like an iBook or an iPod. Perhaps I will ask for a couple DVDs a few CDs and a computer book of somekind... I got a few ideas for what im gonna get a few of my friends but not too many.

I think I made roughtly 21 pots of coffee thismorning. I so hate coffee, the smell bugs me, the process and waiting to brew a pot is annoying and tiresome after just 2 pots let alone 21.... It may not be so bad if I actulay drank coffee or liked the taste but I don't. I find the taste rather foul and offensive....

Work was nuts thismorning. had lots of stupid crap to do like move chairs around and make tons of coffee and move computers around and set them up and be sure the regular classes were ready togo. Not to mention the special stuff we have going on...

Still no bank card. I may have to call my bank and see what the hell is going on with that. If it doesnt show up by tomorrow...

Paul Okenfold will be playing The Crystal Ball room on December 15th.... I'm thinkin about goin...

So Joe bought Grand Theft Auto Vice City. I thought GTA3 was fun... Vice city puts you in the '80s from the acid wash jeans to the 80song sound track (largest ever made for a video game). Between GTA3 and GTA VC I am seriously thinking about getting my self one of those Play Station 2 things just for those 2 games... But I thought about it for GTA3 a while back too and never acted on it...

When talkin on the phone to Stephanie the other day for 2 hours i mentioned how it would be decently easy to make a particual type of site with the tools i already have and she told me to do it etc... shed be my best friend forever (i thinkits a lil late for that)... So one of these days i will get around to that. i gotta do some house cleaning on my servers and stuff 1st though...

So im sleepin away last night having some messed up dreams. and I get a call around 2:20am. I must not have been sleeping too deep becuase i woke up before my ring tone went off (my phone 1st vibrates for a few rings then makes noise)... Some one claming to be "Olga" from Sweeden i think. Talking about pleasures and asking English slangs and means of things, of a sexual nature. I can't figure out who it was but i know the call came from corvalis and I know this maybe be a bit iresposible but fuck who cares the number is 541-760-8550. So if you wanna bug them or find anything out let me know what you find out if anything or if you call them etc...

So Chris and I went to vist Taylor yesterday. She happens to be Mikes EX and still friends with Chris and I. The thing is Mike would most likely freak out if he knew so we will just keep it quite ok. The three of us just went out for dinner at some mexican place down there but the service was pretty bad so they only got a dollar tip from us. All of us just stuck with water I went like a halfhour with an empty glass, then chris like 15 min and Taylor 10, when water is the only thing to drink on the table they should be around every 5 minuets or so to check on your water, to add ice, to add water. None of this halfhour with out anyhting to fucking drink at the mexican resturant with the salsas and the chips and tortilas none of which are exactly thirst quenching all make you kinda thirsty infact.

So anyways after the food I proceeded to look in my wallet for my debit card. Not there. So i checked my pants pockets again not there. I check Chris' car still not to be found. So I grab my nifty Samsung S-105 phone and proceed to call my bank. I tell the lady I lost my card and need to get a new one. The banker lady wasnt so bright. She asked for my card number at one point, which then I reminded her that I lost it. Prior to that she asked for my account number which isnt something I have memorized as I don't use it that often. Then she asked for my SSN. I told her. Then she asked my name. I told her. Then she asked for my SSN again and I told her I already told her that. She kept asking questions to verify who I was until she was satisfyied that I was indeed me. Then a few questions later she tells me my card will be here soon.

So then we go WinCO and do some shoping. Taylor can shop far better than Chris she knew what she wanted and where it was. One time with chris it took 20 min to get like 4 items talor got like 10 in 10min and we were outa there. So we get back to Taylors Apt and watched The Long Kiss Goodnight and sometime durring the movie I put my hands in my sweatshirt pocket and low and befuckinghold I find my ATM/Debit Card... But I may not be able to use it as the banker lady claimed to have cancled it to send out the new one... So my spending may be stoped until my new card shows up.... So i felt kinda dumb when i found my card oh well.

So um ya. and YAY its friday!!!

8:41am: Its just not fair these 7th and 8th grade punk kids get ibooks for school. oh read the articles too that is one in a i think 6 part series... spoiled punk kids. In my day we were lucky to get to play with the apple IIs and there was sometimes a Mac in class room that students could sometimes use. But these kids get to take the ibooks home and stuff... I figure I will have my ibook by Febuary. If all goes well....

I don't have a lot to talk about these days. I think I'm forgeting how to post. Maybe I will go back and read some of my old ones...

I'd like to not simply ramble on and on about nothing inparticular, like I know I used to. Unless all 4 of you people who read tihs want me to just keep doing that. I'd like to talk about meaningful things now and then as well as some less meaningful. When I say meaningful I mean meaningful to me maybe not you. But half the crap I say here is just said to fill a post. I love comments cause it makes me think Ive said something that has gotten some sort of reaction from one of you, and more stuff to talk about.

I've been sitting here staring at my entry screen for the last 15 or more minutes. I don't think I really have anything to say or share lately. I've just been in my routine of wakeup -> work -> ??? -> nap -> ??? -> sleep. replace the ???s with eating/haningout/watching/movies/work/etc...

Some of you may have known, or not. But Chris had a girlfriend for a month and a half. But not anymore. Just thought I'd share.

5:02pm: My last check to the lovely state or Oregon Employment Dept went out yesterday which means those evil blood thirsty pesudo providing bastards should be taking the last of their money from me today or tomorrow. I hope they send a small post card or other acknoledgement of paying their nazi asses back... fuckers...

Ok finaly. Moveable type somehow broke it self this morning and wouldn't let me post. But I fixed it. I just had to delete all 100+ entrys of mine then import them again. A pain but I suppose it could have been worse.

I wonder if Sigh will ever post again. Its been nearly 2 months.

Nice long weekend. I've really enjoyed 3 days rather than 2. Well more like 2.5 cause I have to work at 6 tonight to watch/supervise/babysit the open lab class at work. But hey thats no biggie it may as well not be working as all i do is sit there...

Collyn goes home later today. Its been fun hanging out with her over the weekend.

I've seen bunches of movies this last week or so. More than usual but it could also be something with the onset of colder icky weather and it getting dark so damed early now... Oh well.

Collyn is in town for the weekend so Chris and I spent the day/evening hanging out with her. Pretty fun, except chris was in normal chris mode not tring to be a good host nor show her a good time just running errands draging the both of us along to McMinville to deal with car stuff. And we still got another day of weekend left!!!! yay...

There is talk of maybe goin to portland but its Sunday. How dead will it be? To bad chris doesnt think really at all about timing or what goes on or doesnt when nor other people.

Just downloaded the Die Another Day ST and it so happens Paul Oakenfold got hold of the Bond Theme for the flick. I loved it when Moby got hold of it a few years back. But this is great stuff too...

Intersesting dreams this last week or so. Many strange a thought going through my head i guess. I don't remember any of them well enough to share just that they have all been messed up!

Apple has droped the prices of their iBooks and introduced a new powerbook with a super drive... So now my iBook is more affordable than but it will most likely be after chirstmas that I get it. Speaking of laptops my power connector has only gotten worse on my Sony fx240. Such a pain in the ass so perhaps its time to a) try and fix it. b) sell it c) retire it e) ????..

Well the class from hell is gone now i get prep for another class that we got next week...

Chris got a new car yesterday. I will be posting pictures soon. When I do I will tell you more about it.

5:03pm: OK so I don't have pics yet. It will be sooner than later i think... Collyn has informed us junknstuff.net has 3000hits now. Now only for new stuff on the front page and other pages. damn im lazy.

I just realized that its a 3 day weekend. rerelized really i knew it but it somehow didnt click until today. Execpt i got to work monday evening doing the baby sitting thing again.. but i can deal with that. So its more like a 2.5 day weekend.

That IBM class is still a pain in my ass. Thank god they will be done after today. Today the instructor is to blame for what went wrong. Setting passwords and getting locked out of the system. Which doesnt want you to have a password so you dont have to rember one so you cant get locked out... I will mostlikely be spending tomorrow cleaning up the systems after them. And friday or tomorrow installing software for the next class.

Chirs has started shoping around for a new car. So ive been going along with him cause he likes the buddy system or somethin like that. Today we are heading to McMinvile to look around.

I'm tired of standing at the server on the rack in my server room at work (i still am with out a desktop at my desk because of a controll simulation that needed it, thats the problem with being a lowly tech ya gotta give you stuff up now and then) so im done for now... Have a great day all...

3 more days left after this. 3 days until weekend. Its only tuesday and this week has been rough. It may smooth out some well anyhting is an improvement from yesterday. Hopefuly the week just keeps improving as the weekend grows closer...

As a few or many of you know I run a few servers just for fun and to do it. The one I take the most pride in is HoneyRyder. She has 200Gigs of online storage and room to grow a 1gig processor and at least 512MB ram. But anyways she sends Chris and I messages everymorning, mostly so we know shes up and running... But today it read "FORCE YOURSELF TO RELAX!" I thought this was sorta funny/appropriate.

8:14pm: I still hate the IBM CF131 course. Such a pain. Work was better today. Could have been tons better if i had my computer at work and was able to be semi productive but nope. Its gone for a controleld simulation class.. oh well. an excuse to do less work :)

I had the weiredest thing happen earlier. Got all hot, tummy felt kinda hungry but i had plenty to eat before and my legs felt funny. It didnt last long but it was kinda freaky.

So that whole cross training thing was a joke yesterday. But i got 8 hours for it so im not gonna complain too much about it. Part of the reason its a joke is Chris is not a very good teacher at all nor does he like to pass information that would be helpful along.

We softened the blow of working on a sunday by taking a laptop and some DVDs in. Well i softened the blow of the Sunday work Chris seems to like it but hes all fucked up anyways. I was reminded of how much I hate a particular actor. I seriously cannot stand that guy. I found my self throwing stuff at the screen and wanting to punch at it while he was on screen. So I did.

6:21pm: guess where i am? guess where I have been all fucking day. except for maybe a grand total of an hour. Thats right folks work if you guessed work you get something. i dont know what but you get something... The IBM class from hell was today. after something was fixed it broke again or something else broke.. really not much fun. Days like today make me think i should drink... ALOT.

She does it and so does she as well as many many other im sure. So I think I might too. just maybe. It wouldnt be hard. I also have started a few other pages but we will just have to see if they ever see the light of day as many of my other pages/projects.

Man im still at work this sucks.

So I got home around 2 this morning. After getting back from Portland and just runnin around doin nothin with Chris up in Portland. On our way back we got a call from Laura. So we hung out with Laura and Amy as well as Chris's girl friend Heather and her friend Mikey Watched a movie then Heather and Mikey left. Then Amy wanted to go home so we all went back to Amys and Lauras place, but on the way I had to remove a huge sign that was a safty hazard that chris couldnt see around that was fun. After droping Amy off we went to Shari's (shudder) then sitting there Kim and her sister Michelle come by and we talk to them for a little while before they sat down. Then before we left we went back to their table and talked with them for like another hour and a half.

Long night. Intresting. Not bad. All kinda strange but not bad at all. Better than sitting on my ass.

Now I wait for Chris so we can go to work and "cross train"... man our new boss lady sucks...

Lookin for somethin to do out side of town. There are lots of options but Chris being such a slow poke about everyhign tends to hamper plans. As we are rapidly running out of daylight it limmits our options and distance to many places.

November is her October is gone. So I guess that makes it winter, it sure damn feels like winter lately.

Slept, not so well. Had trouble fallin asleep. I know I was asleep before midnight but sometime after 11. And I went to bed around 9:40ish. To make things worse I fear I'm getting sick. I rarely do get sick and now I really can't afford it as I am uninsured. If I am in fact getting sick I hope its nothing more than a cold.

I'd like to say I'm ready for the weekend. But I know this weekend will be like the last several. I will end up at home doing a lot of nothing. While my friends that party, party tonight, Chris will spend it with his Girlfriend and working. Kala is supposedly going to Chris' Halloween party tonight but Chris nor I have heard from her and she leaves tomorrow, maybe sunday.

8:01am: Again with the stealing of images. A new member of the tiny weenie club? perhaps. Something worse? possible. Let it go? Oh Hell NO! Using images that are mine therefor copyrighted to me with out permission and using my bandwidth to do it? I THINK NOT! Stay tuned. I must contact the almighty Rob to see what he thinks of the situation... And Ideas/input/help on the course of action.
