Had a beutiful weekend. Now its Monday and very much looks like a Monday outside, dreary rainy and wet. Apperntly its too much to ask for more than 2-3 nice days in a row.

Also I seem to be getting Strep Througt again! Sucks!! I can't afford it. Well I can its just annoying and gonna make things even tighter as far as money goes for this month...

Later today There Should be new pictures up.. Most likely after my nap and shower. I didn't get back to Salem until about 7am on the train thismorning... So I havent been home yet. But I did get my self a nice rustybucket and some Coffee cake at the Coffee House Cafe.

Tiffany gets her new camera on Friday. I'm excited for her. And I will get to play with it now and then too.

9:00pm: I just want to say BULLSHIT about a couple things in RedHat 9. 1) I cant get my poor POS laptop screen up to 1024x768 for the life of me (it used to do it i know it can) 2) usernames are all lower case. what the fuck is that about? that does me no good. So far any attempts to circumvent this feature have proved fruitless...

Yesterday was another absolutly great day outside. We had dinner in a pretty park up on a hill, drove around and looked at the neat houses up on the hill. I personaly am looking foward to many many more days like that and blooming and smells etc. that come with spring.

I haven't decided yet but I was thinking of doing a spring photo project kinda like i did with the last fall. The only problem is i've already sort of did that lastyear when spring came around I just stuck them all in the Salem section of the gallery. Maybe I will just reorganize some and take some new ones and make a spring section...

So here I am in Eugene again. Its begining to be like a 2nd home and or a vacation of sorts every weekend. I kinda like it. Hopefuly a job will work out down here sometime soon, then it will be home. The vacation factor maybe gone then but it won't matter.

Yesterday was a beautiful day out. T-shirt weather infact. I'm sooo ready for spring/summer to be here.

I had an idea last night. After I finish the new people page. I think I will make a page/place that anyone can post anything. I may require people to "signup" so to say, as to prevent abuse by random passerbys and so forth. But this one won't be anywhere near as small of an undertaking as the other pages I've done so far. I plan to make it so people can post news/stories and comment on them, profiles, really going to more of a community based thing. Its just an idea at this point. Anyone have anythoughts on it?

Here we are again. day 2 hour 1 of my 3 hours a day 3 day work week. I seriously need a real damn job.

Speaking of jobs Chris started his new job yesterday...

The new people page is functioning but by no means done. It's still quite ugly and other functions to add. I think all the people are there that are going to be there, for now. If the comment system goes well I may be adding it to other sections as they come into exsistance. The new peoplepage maybe done by today or tomorrow but if not then sometime next week. Any requests/ideas for it?

It needs to be payday...

I think my quotes page is a success. from the looks of things its been getting quite a bit of traffic and is the higest searched word that gets junknstuff.net found. perhaps a comment section for the quotes? user submission? We will just have to wait and see.

I'm working on a new people page now. This one could really turn out to be a worth while prospect as i have been meaning to add a few people for a while but simply havent cause I hate editing static html pages so of course I'm doing PHP/MySQL again. This means Collyn will be added, and Tiffany, I'm not sure who else at this point... What about just getting rid of the people page all together? eh crap now I dunno if i should keep working on it or not..

7:21pm: Working on that new people page and I can't decide how i want it to work/look. I've also taken a few people off of it as to make it more current... Thinking about adding other features to it. Kala do you have another picture of your self that you would like me to use as i know your not a fan of the one i already have. Collyn I'm gonna need one from you too...

8:47pm: The new people page will have comments. Why you may ask, cause I wanted to learn and make a comments system and it happens to be what I'm working on at the moment.

We took Caleb in to get declawed and newtered today. He wont be back until tomorrow. Poor thing. Had a pretty good time at the coast. Saw lots of movies. I will be putting those up soon too.

Leavin in a few hours for the coast. It may end up being a weekend of storm watching, cuddeling, and movies. So no matter what it should be some kind of fun. Tonight is triva night at the Rouge Brewery. Which we will be staying at for the night as well in a room above the pub portion of the place, the room comes with free beer and 2 glasses which is kind of fun..

Chris and Collyn managed to make it to Eugene and hangout for a few hours last night. That was fun....

I'm sort of pulling my self out from under a rock. I'm listening to news and information about the war. Previously everything i heard was 2 or 3rd hand from people rather than the news.

I'm not an advocate of war but by no means am I an advocate of Sadam and his sons being in any kind of power. I hope that this has quick resolution. I would imagine so for a number reason. Godspeed to our troops.

Just got to work like 20min ago. Not late. Just my new time, and I LIKE IT! Things are a little rushed when I get in now but I think thats just a matter of time and adjustment of routine.

Had some fucked up damn near scary type dreams last night.

The week is starting to wind down already. One class finishes today. 2 finish tomorrow and there is a one day class on Friday.

Maybe its the lack of sleep.
But stuff just seems wrong.

I want to work on a few things but prolly wont for a while as i'm pretty tired.

9:34am: I've managed to get some work done for the quotes page but its not ready to go up yet. I'm suprised it worked 1st try. Still want to do a couple things to it 1st. I also added a few more quotes.
ooh just had another idea for the page.

6:47pm: I've put the new features for the quotes page online. I've also started work on a new links page. Again PHP and MySQL driven. I'm almost having too much fun with it all. So that should be up sometime. I'm far too excited about this crap. I've realized i want to make a site that you can potentialy waste hours at. I am far from that but I'm working on it, and want your help.

Got some new clothes yesterday and watched another girly movie at the theater but its the $1.50 theater and I got free dinner out of it as Tiffanys parents took us to dinner and the movie. Also watched Resivwar dogs to help make up for the girly movie.

I think I'm gonn take a shower now.

9:00pm: It seems the power went out at some point when I was gone and my server dosen't come back on by it self. But stuff is good again. Going to work tomorrow and then back to eugene to talk to some people about a damn job down there. And it means more time with Tiffany so I'm all for that.

I forgot how much I hate tring to get php/mysql to display only some rows rather than all. So I'm gonna be workin on that for a while yet...

Hmmm sally seems to be down or at least her connection. And there isn't a damn thing i can do about it from here. Maybe she will come back online later..

I was going to do more work on the quotes thing. But can't connect to sally to do it. I plan on making it so you can only see 5 or so at a time then hit a next link/button and get the next set of 5 or however many would be a good ammount to return. As of now there are something like 125 quotes in there. And seeing them all at once or a whole category at once can be an eyefull. And I will evntualy restyle how they are displayed. any sugestions or ideas?

Stephanie called me last night when Tiffany and I were heading out to her parents place to setup their new computer at around 11:30pm (Thanks to the ever slow Chris). The 1st thing she asked was was "Are you doin' it?". I said "No" She then informed me that Beth was and later the said her and Steve Susupected Adam was. She said she had some to drink and was stupid. She wasn't too bad. Love ya Steph...

Tiffany's parents new computer is damn quick. I pushed the power button said a couple things to Tiffany and looked back to see the status of the computer and low and behold it was already up waiting to go. Really makes me want a new system for my self. Its nearly double the speed of mine its p4 2.4 Ghz mine is a mere Atholon 1.3 on an older slower board. Oh well no biggie.

I got my self a new CD-Burner(but it's the internal one) last night. It can "tattoo" pictures and text to the outside edge on the bottom of the CDs. Very neat stuff. Not to mention I needed a new burner as my previous one sucked quite badly at only 4x recoding. Now i got 44x recording and can put cool stuff on the CDs.

Also its Friday! I have a meetting with an instructor that is coming in next week to teach Cold Fusion, he needs to be sure everything is gonna work etc... I personaly think Cold Fusion is a waste of time as its a propritary costly half ass solution. Give me PHP and a SQL engin anyday and I will slove the same problems.

Next week I start coming in later. So I can sleep in some. But it looks as though monday and tuesday I will be getting up as the butt crack of dawn to be sure people and classes are ready around here, but hey thats ok.

I think I will get some new clothes this weekend. As Tiffany gets 40% off everything at Ross Dress for less. Its cheap clothes plus 40% off I can't really go to wrong with it.

From the sounds of things Kala is going to be quite busy. And I will be gone as of sometime this evening until Sunday night. So Kala if we don't get to hang out I'm sorry but I do hope you have a great time.

Also. Happy Birthday to Albert Einstein. I know hes long since dead but he has been one of my heros since I was in grade school. (google told me it was his birthday)

So Seattle is off. But I've still got plans for fun stuff that weekend. Going to be staying the night (or 2?) at the coast with the same group of people that were going to go to Seattle.

I'm glad the week is almost over. I'll be even more glad when next week is over. Next week looks like it could be a bit challenging/annoying but hopefuly it will be just fine.

I don't think I'm gonna hang out with chris til a while after work. I think I'm gonna go home and clean up a bit and work on stuff. Then Tiffany comes in we meet up with Chris give him some money and then he makes a computer for Tiffany's Dad. Then Tiffany and I take it to him tomorrow evening sometime.

I'm somewhat in the process of moving the Quotes Database to junknstuff.net rather than me hosting it. But it doesn't seem to want to work. I'm looking into it. Its frustrating though cause it works fine at one place but not the other. So I may just keep plugging away at that. I may not. I doubt many if any of you care....

Well the bad news is that I have to cut my hours back some at work. so that means less $$..

While the good news is 1) We no longer serve coffee at work. So i may be able to sleep in now and do 8-11 or something along those lines. 2) the less hours means more modivation for new work. 3) less hours means more time to play

When i got home sunday night I had gotten my "You were not one of the final applicicants selected for interview" rejection letter from the UO Foundation. I have found another job to apply for there. Its just a matter of answering there stupid little questions 3 and filling out the application forms.

9:43pm: Spent most of the afternoon with Chris. Helped him some on his car some. Lots of just hanging out. That sims game is fucked up and kinda stupid. Kinda fun too. I'd like it better if you could go on killing rampages and make it interesting and add some action.

Updated the quotes page again. Now it shows 5 random quotes from the database instead of all of them at once. You can view all of them at once if you would like, or all of one person or all of one Topic, by clicking the name of the person or using the drop down topics or clicking the topic after the quote. I'm working on 1 more thing for the quotes page, and with any sort of luck I will have that done by the end of the day, or week.

So far I've established two goals for this week. 1) Get that 1 more feature done in the Quotes DataBase 2) Get my old server to learn new tricks/get her to act as a access point for a wireless network, maybe. I got some other stuff to do too but those are the ones that will most likely be taking up my personal time and free time at work...

all of 4 classes this week and a meeting. My e-mail isn't working so i get to make a call about that here if it doesnt start working soonish.

10:05am: E-mail still busted, I called a couple times but they are of NO help. That last thing for the quotes page will be done by the end of the day. I'm sure it's not done done yet as I am going to make somekind of admin/management page for them.

7:41pm: Ya got the quotes page updated yet again. Still may add a couple things but very minor. Will be moving the database after i write another management/admin type page... I have no idea if i will ever get around to it but hey thats ok... and there are now over 100 quotes in the qutotes database.

The problem with being gone for so long is it makes it hard to really focus on working on stuff (e.g. webpages, updates) As i don't have access to all my tools nor am i comfortable installing them on Tiffany's computer. In theroy i could do all my work from it but its not that comfortable of a workspace (Chair, Desk, etc...) Perhaps this will change soon...

More strange dreams. I think its partly just cause I've been sleeping better or something. I don't think i ever have normal dreams who does? and dreams are so rare for me they are all kinda freaky.

Well crap I was going to add some Henry Rollins quotes to the quotes page but I can't seem to get to Molly now. Just one more reason to be moving the Databases to the Junknstuff.net server rather than hosting them my self. Oh wait, it seesmt that it is, yes its working again. Yay.

Also i think I've got a least one silly little thing that im gonna do add to the site as I've noticed that people in Springfield have little to no know cell phone editcate. I've seen bunches of teens on threir phones in movies, answering and texting and such, and none of them seem to know how to make their phones be quite...

I had more fucked up dreams last night. Even more so than the night before. None bad really just fucked up...

I'm actually working today. Getting ready for a class that kicks off on the 18th. Doing it today 1) to avoid crap office work 2) cause I'm not working tomorrow or friday (cause nothing going on and to conserve my limitted number of hours I am available to work in any given year.)

Quotes and movies. I've started new pages for the both of them. Have yet to finish either. I'm expecting to finsh the quotes one 1st as it should be easier. And I will maybe add a system that you can add quotes to a que of some sort then I look at them and see if i like them and let them go up or not... Lemme know what you think.

I've now been at my job for 1 full year now. Hopefully I will be leaving it for a better one soon. Not that I don't like my job its just it doesn't give me what I need. Like bennefits or room for job progression.

Work is so boring today. Like 1 class that isn't even ours is going on. Possibly the only class thats gonna happen this week. So its gonna be lame and boring. I may endup productive on some other projects. I may not. I may just work less. I may not...

I tried at one point to post yesterday but i couldnt even get junknstuff to load here so i didnt.. Sorry? Not much to say about yesterday either. Got another lead for a job at a party lastnight. So later this evening we are going to print up a resume and hand it off to the person the lead came from as to better the chances of an interview.

Just finished my book. As i forgot it last weekend and thats when i do my reading. Good book. a departure for Gibson but still very him and very good. Try it if ya can.
